Digital Programme Board

As referenced in the joint Digital Strategy and Roadmap, we advise initiating a Digital Programme Board within the Boroughs, please see further details below that about our recommendations. This is based on observations of strong internal governance models in operation in local authorities who have a successful digital strategies and rollout. Experience has shown that inward investment has been lost by Boroughs that have not prioritised resources to the development of digital infrastructure and allocated key roles and responsibilities.
